Nova, Bahia, Brazil October 2008 The Green-winged Saltator is found in south and central Brazil as well as adjoining areas of Bolivia, Paraguay and Argentina. It inhabits woodland, forest borders and clearings. |

It generally resembles
Greyish
Saltator Saltator coerulescens but has a much longer
white supercilium and its flight feathers and back are
olive green rather than grey.
