Australia February / April 2006 The Forest Raven is distributed in Tasmania, where it is the only crow, along the southern coast of Victoria and in north-east New South Wales. It is found in a variety of habitats from forest to scrub and farmland. |

It is noted for having the most massive bill and the shortest tail of any Australian crow while its call is deep
and slow.
