It is found at between 1,800 and 2,800 metres in humid forest and forest clearings. Unfortunately most of this habitat has been cleared with only 15% remaining. Much has been cleared in the past by a foreign owner planting pine and eucalyptus while, more recently, clearing has made way for marijuana and coca plantations. | |||
