It is
found mainly in drier woodland and is less common in forest canopy and forest edges. It feeds on
fruits, seeds and blossoms in the canopy. I think this tree on which the birds were feeding is some
form of Bombax.
It is a small parakeet, mainly green with a brown shoulder and a small orange patch on the chin which is difficult to see in the field but is just discernible in photo 2.
