Laguna San Nicolas, Cajamarca, Peru October 2018 The Great Spinetail is confined to the Marañon Valley in Peru and so is a Peruvian endemic. See the distribution map at xeno-canto. It is found in arid thorny scrub at between 2,100 and 2,800 metres. |
