| Utcubamba Valley, Amazonas, Peru October 2018 The Fasciated Wren is distributed in south-west Ecuador and coastal Peru south to about Lima with a disjunct population in the Marañón Valley. See the distribution map at Birdlife International. It is found in dry forest and arid scrub mainly below 2,000 metres.  |
