Murramarang NP, NSW, Australia March 2006 Brown-headed Honeyeater is distributed in east, south-east, south-west and southern Australia. It is found in a variety of habitats from eucalypt forest to mallee scrub and coastal scrub. |

A dullish coloured bird, it has dark brown ear-coverts, a lighter brown crown, a dull cream nape-band and buffy skin around the eye. Underparts are pale fawn. | |||
