Shemgang, Bhutan The White-naped Yuhina is distributed from eastern Nepal through Bhutan to north Myanmar and southern China. It is found in evergreen forest from 300 to 2,200 metres. |

It has a rufous crest which is white at the rear. The lores are dark and the ear coverts have broad whitish streaks. Upperparts are mid-brown with faint streaking while underparts move from a whitish chin to buff breast with streaks and a paler belly. The bill is dark and the legs are brown to tan. | |||

They feed on insects and berries and often travel in small flocks including mixed flocks of other yuhinas and
fulvettas.
