Mo Chu River, Punakha, Bhutan The Golden Babbler is distributed from central Nepal to south China and southwards to the Malaysian Peninsula and Sumatra. It is found in a variety of habitats from forest and bamboo to bushes and clearings. |

It has a golden-yellow crown with narrow black stripes and a black mask. Upperparts are yellowish-olive and
