The Honeyguide Greenbul is distributed in Africa south of the Sahara from Gambia and Senegal east to Lake Victoria and south to northern Angola. There is a distribution map at Birdlife International. It is found in forest canopy.

I had some trouble identifying this bird perched in the distant canopy but the pale eye and the white tail feathers with black tips are distinguishing features even at that distance.

Its main vocalisation is a thrush-like whistle and it also has a mewing note.
