The Yellow-billed Tern is distributed in South America from eastern Colombia to Buenos Aires and breeds inland along large rivers and the beaches of inland lakes. It winters along the Atlantic coast. See the distribution map at xeno-canto.

Yellow-billed Tern, Cassino, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, August 2004 - click for larger image It has a yellow bill and yellow legs with a black cap but white forehead. In flight it shows dark outer primaries both above and below and a very shallow fork in the tail.
