The Many-banded Aracari is distributed from eastern Colombia to eastern Peru and into north-west Brazil and southern Venezuela. See the distribution map at xeno-canto. It is found in forest and sandy-soil woodland.

Many-banded Aracari, Wildsumaco Lodge, Napo, Ecuador, November 2019 - click for larger image Although photo 1 is distant and taken in heavy rain, there is no mistaking the 2 black belts on the yellow belly. No other aracari has two bands across the belly. You can also make out the pale upper mandible, the black lower mandible and, maybe with a bit of imagination, the blue bare skin round the eye. These are more obvious in the more recent photos from eastern Ecuador.
