The winter plumage is much duller than the "black & yellow" appearance of the breeding plumage. The photos show the grey head, the greyish-olive back with black arrow-head spots and the yellow underparts with black streaks. From below, the tail is white with a broad black band to the tip. From above the tail shows two broad white bands at the middle of the outermost tail feathers. | |||
