Buff-breasted Tody-Tyrant is restricted to a few isolated forest
ridges in north-east Brazil at altitudes of between 600 and 1,000
metres. |

It is olive-green above with creamy-white edgings to the tertials. The edges of the darkish tail are also olive-green. Around the eye, the lores, throat and breast are a buffy-pink while the remainder of the underparts are whitish to yellow. The iris is cinnamon-orange while the bill is dusky above and paler below. | ||||
It
feeds on insects which it forages for on the undersides of
