The male is dark grey-blue above with black throat and cheeks. Remaining underparts are white. The female, seen here in the 3rd photo, is dark olive-brown above and pale brown below. It has a whitish supercilium and a small white crescent below the eye. Both sexes have a white wing patch but this is not always visible. | |||
