Lingmethang Road, Mongar, Bhutan Black-throated Sunbird is distributed from the Himalayas through north-east India, Bangladesh and southern China to Indochina, Myanmar, Malaysia and Thailand. It is found in forest and secondary growth. |

The male has a black throat and breast with a deep blue moustachial stripe. The rest of the underparts are greyish-olive. | |||
